• Milestone payments correspond to delivered work and are non-refundable once the associated milestone has been delivered and accepted.

Cancellations

If you cancel a project before work begins, you may be eligible for a refund of amounts paid, less any costs already incurred. If you cancel after work has begun, refunds (if any) will be calculated based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
